Noor - Psychosomatic Psychologist, Trauma Specialist, and Spiritual Traveler

From an early age, I was immersed in the world of books and music. Growing up with little to no resources in times of war and siege, my only salvation was to dream—a dream that unknowingly connected me to the profound depths of meditation. This fascination with the unseen forces that shape our energetic, mental, physical, and emotional landscapes has fueled a lifelong exploration of these interconnected realms.

Music has been a constant thread in my life, a rhythm that has shaped my journey and opened the door to spirituality. While I don’t play an instrument, I am an avid listener. Music has been both my inspiration and my teacher, deepening my understanding of sound and its vital role in healing. It resonates through my work, touching the deeper layers of the human experience.

I started with biology, eager to understand the body. But the more I learned, the more I realized it wasn’t enough. I craved something more tangible, more practical, something that bridged the gap between the mind and the body. So, I pursued a master’s in applied psychology, yet even that wasn’t enough. My thirst for knowledge led me to experiential learning, igniting an obsession with the holistic aspects of healing. This journey pushed me to dive deep into a variety of therapeutic modalities that bridge biology, psychology, and spirituality.

A pivotal chapter in my life was the time I spent living in therapeutic communes. These communities were more than just a place to live—they were a unique environment where I could immerse myself in the very methods I now teach. This hands-on experience allowed me to understand these techniques from the inside out, enhancing my awareness of the psychospiritual realms and solidifying my belief in the transformative power of embodied learning.

My journey has been richly informed by practices such as Somatic and body oriented therapies , Biodynamic Breathwork and Trauma Release, Parts work, Internal family system, Psuchdynamics, Family Constellation work, sound healing, Primal Childhood Deconditioning, and Osho Active Meditations. These modalities have shown me that trauma is not just an individual experience—it runs through generations, imprinting itself on families and communities. This understanding deepened my commitment to helping others heal, not just on a personal level, but within the larger context of their ancestral lineage.

Over the years, I’ve traveled the world, both teaching and learning from a wide array of practitioners: trauma specialists, somatic therapists, mindfulness experts, yogis, and bodywork professionals. My mission has always been to explore every angle—from emotional regulation and trauma release to the spiritual and somatic dimensions of healing.

As I gathered knowledge, a new approach to healing and personal growth began to take shape. My workshops, which focus on inner child work, active meditations, and breathwork, have drawn a global audience. I’ve had the privilege of teaching across Europe, the Middle East, and beyond, fostering a deeper understanding of psychosomatic health and holistic well-being.

A community and a culture have formed around these ideas—around the holistic connection between mind, body, and spirit. My work has evolved into more than just a series of techniques; it’s a movement toward a more integrated and compassionate way of living. This journey isn’t just mine—it’s ours, a collective exploration into the potential of the human spirit.

This biography serves as an invitation, a portal to a shared journey of healing and growth. Together, we can explore the depths of our inner worlds, unlock our ancestral stories, and find new ways to thrive, both individually and as a community.
